Charles Dickens Centre
Charles Dickens Centre is facility based in Lake Road Buckland. It is a modern facility with a very large sports hall which can cater for a wide range of sport and exercise activities as well as private functions. There are changing facilities and showers available to our customers using the centre.
The centre also has a custom designed dance studio which is fully equipped with a sprung floor and PA system. We also have space available to cater for meetings and training events.
The centre is available to all the local community as well as businesses and organisations for activities such as:
- Exercise Classes
- Various sports
- Education provision
- Conferences
- Private functions

Where to find us
We are based in Buckland and the main entrance to the building is on Lake Road. Limited parking is available to group leaders only but off-road parking is available in close proximity to the centre.

We have a variety of regular groups here at Charles Dickens Centre running across days and evenings, 7 days a week.
